A £10.5 million office redevelopment in Harrogate has reached 50% occupancy just months after opening.
Copthall Bridge, operated by workspace provider WorkWell, occupies a site that had been vacant for more than six years.
The building has been redeveloped to provide modern office facilities aimed at supporting hybrid working, staff wellbeing, and productivity.
Current tenants include Harrogate-based mobile communications firm Mobile Tornado, Danish publishing technology company Chronos Hub, leadership consultancy Primeast, software company Grateful, and wealth management group S&W.
Facilities at the site include breakout areas, soundproofed booths, meeting rooms, and wellness spaces.
The development is located within walking distance of Harrogate’s rail and bus stations.
WorkWell, which also operates offices in Leeds, has plans to expand its portfolio with up to ten sites across the North over the next decade.
