Harrogate BID has announced that a weekend full of musical fun will once again return to the town in October.
The Harrogate Music Weekender is organised by the Business Improvement District (BID) every year to support the town’s hospitality sector by driving footfall and spend into local venues.
The three-day event is set to be held from Friday 10th to Sunday 12th October, and the organisation is encouraging Harrogate venues to get involved.
Bethany Allen, Operations and Projects Executive at Harrogate BID, said:
“The Harrogate Music Weekender is an initiative we created to encourage people into town at a typically quieter time of year for the hospitality sector, through a series of live music events.
“We always receive very positive feedback from our night-time economy around the campaign, so we can’t wait to deliver it once again later this year.
“It’s a top opportunity to promote your venue to a wider audience, so be sure to get involved!”
The 2024 Music Weekender featured a vast range of acts and performances, from a Taylor Swift tribute and Oompah Band to Singo Bingo, open mic nights and vibrant DJ sets.

More than 20 venues hosted events last year, with the BID hopeful of exceeding this figure with the 2025 Weekender.
Any venues wishing to be involved with the 2025 Music Weekender must be located within the BID area, which can be viewed on the organisation’s website here.
Match funding grants may also be available from the BID to support any venues looking to host an event across the weekend. These are subject to availability and terms and conditions.
If you’d like to get involved in the 2025 Music Weekender, email the BID team on info@harrogatebid.co.uk
Further details, including the full line-up and headline event, are set to be released by the BID over the coming weeks.
