Harrogate Railway is hosting a charity Ladies Day this weekend to support one of its coaches who was left partially paralysed following surgery.
Harrogate Railway FC will welcome visitors to Station View on Sunday (17th August) to raise funds for Jules Hodson, the co-manager of its ladies team.
Jules, 47, was left partially paralysed following an operation last year.
She underwent spinal surgery for a pre-existing condition, but complications caused further damage to her spinal cord.
The club has vowed to dedicate funds from this year’s Ladies Day to further aid her rehabilitation and home adaptations to assist her recovery.

The day will feature four football matches involving the Ladies' teams, along with a range of activities including raffles, auctions, a barbecue, refreshments, live music and family-friendly entertainment.
