Cedar Court Hotel in Harrogate has just launched its brand new restaurant, Amber’s – you could be among the first to try it out!
The restaurant is inspired by the spirit of Lady Amber Fitzwilliam, the pioneering scientist and society wit who ran her famous salon from the hotel in the early twentieth century.
With a focus on a carefully curated menu and a stylish eating experience, the restaurant will serve traditional British dishes with contemporary presentation using high-quality ingredients from the best of Yorkshire and the British Isles.
