A Yorkshire based Pilates brand, Elethea Studios is opening a new branch in Harrogate next week.
Founder, Holly Puddephatt, currently owns studios in Leeds, York and Wakefield.
Her studios offer Reformer Pilates classes for different levels, pre-natal classes and 'Bring your baby' post-natal classes.
She also offers men's only classes.
The new Harrogate studio will be located on Cardale Park off Beckwithshaw Road.
To celebrate the opening, Elethea is holding a giveaway, with prizes including:
- A 12 class pack
- A pair of grip socks
- An elethea tote bag
- £50 ALO gift card
And the winner will be announced on 10th January.
Holly named the company, after her daughter; Elethea and Holly's pilates journey began after seeing the positive it had on her body and wellness after the birth of her daughter.
She is looking to expand even further to East Yorkshire at a new location in Hull.
