Grantley Hall in Ripon has opened a new Nordic Spa Garden, featuring state-of-the-art ice baths and an outdoor steam sauna.
Luxury Ripon hotel opens new Nordic spa garden A leading luxury hotel in Ripon has launched a new Nordic Spa Garden, featuring state-of-the-art ice baths and an outdoor steam sauna. Grantley Hall has unveiled the new garden which includes two bespoke ice baths from industry-leading ice bath brand, Brass Monkey. The ice-cold water is said to help "reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and boost the immune system."
The new bespoke outdoor steam sauna also boasts scenic views of the grounds and an outdoor hydrotherapy pool.
A Grantley Hall spokesperson said:
"The warmth of the sauna purifies and brightens your skin and has many health benefits, such as easing muscle or joint pain, reducing stress and improving cardiovascular health and breathing difficulties. "
The new space has been designed to provide guests with a unique and authentic spa experience, complete with stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
