Ripon's life-sized knitted tank has returned to the city in time for Remembrance Day this weekend.
It was created by the Ripon Community Poppy Project to mark 80 years since D-Day in June.
The tank, which measures 7ft in height, 24ft in length and 9ft in width, was built at Ripon barracks.
It had been displayed across the city before it was transported to Llandudno in Wales for the Longest Yarn D-Day Tribute throughout October.

But it has returned to Ripon and will be on display in the Market Square ahead of the city’s Remembrance Sunday events.
These include a service at the city’s war memorial at Ripon Spa Gardens on Sunday (10th November) followed by a service at Ripon Cathedral.
After Remembrance Sunday, the knitted tank will go into storage at Claro Barracks.
