The team at Coach Gym in Harrogate are gearing up to take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge.
Eight members of the gym team will be raising funds and awareness for local mental health charity, Mind in Harrogate District.
They’re taking on the challenge on 9th June when they attempt to scale three of Yorkshire's highest peaks: Pen-y-ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough, covering a distance of approximately 24 miles.
Jimi Brown, Manager of Coach Harrogate, said:
“We're thrilled to be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge as a team in support of Mind in Harrogate District.
“This challenge not only tests our physical endurance but also highlights the crucial role that exercise plays in supporting mental health.
“We're not only raising funds but also raising awareness of the positive impact that physical activity can have on mental wellbeing.
“By coming together as a team, we hope to inspire others to join us in supporting mental health initiatives and breaking down the stigma surrounding mental illness."

Supporters can contribute to the team's fundraising efforts by making donations online.
Jimi added:
"Being out in nature provides invaluable benefits for mental health.
"Studies have shown that spending time in natural environments can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, while promoting overall wellbeing.
“We're grateful for the opportunity to experience the beauty of the Yorkshire Dales while supporting such an important cause."
All proceeds will directly benefit Mind in Harrogate District and their programmes and services.
Holly Astbury, Head of Corporate Partnerships at Mind in Harrogate District, said:
"We are incredibly grateful to COACH for their dedication to supporting mental health initiatives.
"Corporate partnerships play a vital role in raising funds and awareness, and we commend COACH for their commitment to making a difference in our community."
