Actor and author Brian Blessed has been confirmed as a special guest at Yorkshire Comic Con 2024 in Harrogate.
Brian Blessed confirmed as guest for Comic Con in Harrogate Well-known actor and author Brian Blessed has been confirmed as a celebrity guest at this year's Yorkshire Comic Con. The event will be at Harrogate’s Yorkshire Event Centre on 22nd and 23rd June 2024. And Brian Blessed, known for his roles in Henry 8.0, Tarzan and Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, is set to make an appearance on the Sunday (23rd June). Joining Brian will be ‘The Mandalorian’ star Giancarlo Esposito. The Danish-born American actor is best known for portraying Gus Fring in the AMC crime drama series Breaking Bad from 2009 to 2013, as well as in its prequel series Better Call Saul from 2017 to 2022. https://twitter.com/comconyorkshire/status/1774497801134608825 Yorkshire Comic Con After branding last year’s Yorkshire Comic Con event a “resounding success”, organisers Monopoly Events revealed it will be returning to Harrogate for a second instalment. Comic Con Yorkshire is held for fans of pop culture, films, TV, comic books and more to get together for two days of fun. Last year’s event allowed visitors to meet and have photographs with their favourite actors, including Monty Python star John Cleese and Lethal Weapon actor Danny Glover.
