Amber's restaurant at Cedar Court Hotel in Harrogate is launching a new 'Thursday Club.'
The club will be launching on Thursday 6th June and includes a new fixed-price menu and live music for residents.
It will run weekly from 5pm - 9.15pm.
The concept of the Thursday Club is in keeping with the spirit of Lady Amber Fitzwilliam - the pioneering scientist and trailblazer, whose famous Thursday Club ran for many years at the hotel.
The Club aims to showcase the best ingredients from Yorkshire and the British Isles alongside live acoustic music from a handful of carefully chosen local up-and-coming artists.
Oliver Stott, General Manager at Cedar Court Harrogate said:
“We're thrilled to introduce our Thursday Club, a special evening designed to bring the community together with delicious food and live music.
"We love Harrogate’s spirit, and we want to celebrate that by offering a midweek dining experience that’s sophisticated, relaxing and enjoyable for our guests.
"Community is so important to us, and we believe there's no better way to connect than over a great meal and fantastic entertainment. We look forward to welcoming everyone for an unforgettable Thursday every week!”

Amber’s will be changing the dishes of the set menu on a seasonal basis.
The current menu will include carefully selected dishes from the Amber’s À La Carte Menu such as Pan Seared Scallops with asparagus emulsion and crispy seaweed, Slow Cooked Rolled Easingwold Belly Pork with potato & black pudding terrine, and Classic Jam Roly Poly with double cream custard.
Diners can enjoy two courses for £30 or upgrade to three courses for an additional £7.50 per person.
Wine pairings can also be added, for an additional £15 upgrade per person.
Live music will be between 6.30pm and 7.15pm & 7.45pm and 8.30pm.
Members of the Friends of Amber’s local residents club are welcome to use their 20% discount.
