A Ripon restaurant has confirmed it has reopened following rent issues.
Forfeiture signs had been placed in the windows at Hot Lava Italian on Kirkgate earlier this month.
The restaurant's landlord took back possession of the property due to rent issues stemming back to lockdown during the pandemic.
However the restaurant has confirmed that it has now reopened and will operate as normal.
A spokesperson said:
"We are happy to announce that we are back today as normal hours to see you all.
"The past three weeks have been a really hard time for us but we decided to face the big challenge and we are looking forward to seeing you all again."
