A third teacher has received a special end of term treat after being nominated by her pupils and their parents.
Mrs Heard, who teaches year 3 at Richard Taylor Primary School, was selected to receive a £50 Harrogate gift card following hundreds of nominations.
It's part of our 'End of Term Treat' campaign with Harrogate BID, with five teachers set to receive the prize.
After being surprised by Your Harrogate’s Nick Hancock in the school’s reception area, Mrs Heard said:
“I don’t know what to say, I’m speechless!
“I just want to say a huge thank you because the children have worked so hard, and it’s a joint thing with the support of parents as well to help their learning.”
