A new café is set to open in Harrogate this week, taking over the former Hoxton North site on Royal Parade.
The Silver Fox will open its doors on Thursday (9th April), just days after Hoxton North closed following more than a decade in business.
The site has been taken on by local hospitality operator Olsi Papa, who also runs Papitos Wine Bar on John Street.
The new venture is expected to retain much of what made Hoxton North popular, with the existing team and chef remaining in place.
During the week, The Silver Fox will operate as a café serving coffee and brunch, while plans are in place to introduce a wine bar offering on Saturdays, with later opening hours into the evening.
Hoxton North announced its closure last month after 13 years, citing ongoing challenges within the industry, including rising costs.
