A popular Knaresborough business is celebrating seven years since opening a shop in the town centre.
Painting Pots Knaresborough launched on Castlegate in July 2018, having previously been located within Henshaws Arts and Crafts Centre.
The business was taken on by Laura Dudley two-and-a-half-years prior.
And the shop has gone from strength to strength during its time in the town centre and is still “learning, growing and evolving”, according to Laura.

Laura told Your Harrogate:
“Moving to the town centre seven years ago was when my business really started!
"Being in the town centre made me realise how important it is to support the community, collaborate with other businesses and champion Knaresborough."
One business commented:
“Painting Pots isn’t just a business, it’s an institution! You guys are awesome and you do so much for the town.
“Congratulations, and here’s to many more years!”
Another added:
“Knaresborough wouldn't be the same without you!”
Laura is a much-loved community advocate and a former Your Harrogate Local Hero Award winner.

She is also the founder of the ever-popular Great Knaresborough Bunny Hunt - an annual charity event at Easter.
The event incorporates other Knaresborough businesses and encourages footfall during the school holidays.
Now in its eighth year, it has raised more than £22,000 for local causes.
