North Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a two-vehicle collision in Harrogate which involved a marked North Yorkshire Police van.
The crash was reported at 5.32pm yesterday (23rd September) and it happened on Beckwith Road near the junction with Otley Road.
The three officers in the Peugeot Expert police van have received treatment for minor injuries, whilst the woman driving the black Ford Fiesta car, which overturned onto its roof, has been taken to hospital by ambulance with an arm injury, not believed to be life-threatening.
Witnesses or motorists with relevant dashcam footage are asked to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting reference NYP-23092025-0389.
Road closures were put in place while the emergency services worked at the scene. It reopened at 7.50pm.
