Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a collision at Bond End in Knaresborough earlier this week.
It involved a VW Polo car and a woman pedestrian on Bond End and Waterside at around 10am on Tuesday (1st July).
The woman, who is aged in her 30s, sustained minor injuries and attended hospital before being treated and discharged.
The woman driving the car stopped to help the injured pedestrian and offered to provide her details, which was declined at that time.
A police spokesperson said:
“We’re appealing for any witnesses to the collision, anyone who may have seen the vehicle prior to the collision, or anyone with relevant dashcam footage, to contact us.
“We are also appealing for the driver to get in touch to assist our enquiries.
