The opening date has been revealed for Ripon's new Tesco, due to open later this year.
The new store will occupy the former Booths site on Marshall Way, which closed on 20th July after trading in the city for 16 years.
Work to refit the building began shortly after Booths shut its doors, with Tesco confirming plans to bring its own brand to the site earlier this year.
And the reopening date has been revealed as Thursday 20th November.
Recruitment is already underway for the new supermarket and being carried out by the new store manager Richard Butcher.
Richard said:
"We are currently underway with our recruitment and have numerous full time and part time, permanent and temporary position.
"I’m super excited to get to know you all and meet you all and start to build a great relationship with you all within the city of Ripon."
Tesco has said it will share further details about the launch in the coming weeks.
