A teacher at Oatlands Infant School has won a £50 'end of term treat' thanks to Harrogate BID.
We asked listeners to nominate a teacher that deserves a treat as thanks for their hard work over the course of the academic year.
It's part of our 'End of Term Treat' campaign with Harrogate BID, with five teachers set to receive a £50 Harrogate gift card.
And the first winner is Miss Mogg - the Year 2 teacher at Oatlands Infant School.
Your Harrogate's Nick Hancock surprised Miss Mogg earlier today (Monday).
She said:
"I love working here at Oatlands, it’s just fantastic.
"The community is fantastic, the children are brilliant and we have some lovely supportive parents too."
Watch the moment here:
Miss Mogg is the first of five winners, with more teaching staff set for a special surprise later this week.
