A historic Harrogate pub is set to open under new ownership tomorrow (Friday) - and with a new name.
The former Old Bell pub will reopen at 12pm as ‘Harrogate Brewing Company Royal Parade.’
It’s now under the ownership of Joe and Julie Joyce, who also own the Harrogate Brewing Company, after they bought the pub earlier this year.
It closed in January much to the dismay of Harrogate residents.
But the pub has since undergone modernisation, a refurbishment and has been repainted.
The bar has also been moved to make it more accessible.
Harrogate Brewing Company Royal Parade will offer six cask beers and ten keg beers, soft drinks, wines and spirits.
Food will be served from 1st May.
A spokesperson said:
“We’ll have live music across the weekend to celebrate the opening, plenty of beers on the bar, with food service starting from May 1st.
“Opening hours will be Monday-Sunday 12pm til late whilst we figure out the times that suit our lovely customers best.”
