A much-loved independent jewellers in Harrogate is celebrating 25 years since launching in the town.
Crown Jewellers of Harrogate is celebrating its 25th anniversary today (Wednesday), having launched on 2nd July 2000.
The Commercial Street business is owned by husband and wife duo Stephen and Sue Kramer, coupling her business acumen with his expertise as a qualified diamond and gemstone expert.
The pair took to social media to thank their customers over the years for their “loyalty and trust.”
They said:
“Retail has never been easy, and it’s only grown more challenging through the years. But you, our amazing customers, are the reason we’ve made it this far.
“Your loyalty, your trust, your stories — they’ve shaped our business and filled it with heart.
“You’ve brought us your most precious life moments — from engagement rings to anniversary gifts, new baby presents to family heirloom restorations.
“We’ve watched generations of families grow, and for many of you, we’ve become your family jewellers. What an honour that is.”

Sue and Stephen had hoped to mark the milestone with a big celebration, but unfortunately Sue has been bravely battling breast cancer for a second time.
They said:
“Our energy has been focused where it matters most, health and healing. While Stephen has held the fort, Sue is now beginning a gentle return to the shop that we both hold so dear.
“But 25 years deserves celebration — and we plan to do just that over the coming 12 months!
“Here’s to 25 years of sparkle, love, and community — and to many more to come.”
Crown Jewellers of Harrogate offers platinum, gold and gemstone jewellery together with contemporary silver jewellery at highly competitive prices.
