Harrogate's Ibiza Symphonica event has announced it will move forward without broadcaster Scott Mills.
Organisers confirmed the decision in a statement addressing “matters in the public domain” concerning Mills, and said the event would continue as planned.
The 51-year-old left his role at BBC Radio 2 last month.
A spokesperson for Ibiza Symphonica said:
“We have carefully considered the serious nature of matters in the public domain concerning Scott Mills and have decided to move forward without Scott as part of our line-up.
"We feel this is the most appropriate way to maintain the focus on the spirit of Ibiza Symphonica which is an event rooted in enjoyment, celebration, and positivity.
"We cannot wait to welcome audiences to what promises to be a joyful and memorable evening on August 15th."
The event, which is set to take place at the Great Yorkshire Showground, combines live orchestral performances with dance music inspired by Ibiza’s club scene.
Organisers have not yet confirmed who will replace Mills in the line-up, but say additional announcements will be made in due course.
