Harrogate BID's Self Care Week kicked off with an official launch event at Turkish Baths yesterday (Monday).
Running until Saturday (25th January), the week-long schedule will feature themed sessions, classes and workshops, the majority of which are free of charge.
It will offer the opportunity to Harrogate’s residents and visitors to kick-start the new year "in the best way possible," by working on self care.
Yesterday’s launch saw the New Beginnings group hold a peer support drop-in session at the Victoria Shopping Centre.
There was also a ‘gentle’ yoga session and a Turkish Baths session.
