The RSPCA in York and the Harrogate District is looking for new owners for a 'cheeky chappy' who has been waiting for a home for eight months.
Lurcher Buster came into the centre when his previous owner sadly became unwell and could no longer keep him.
He’s described as “young, active and happy-go-lucky” with “the most amazing smile.”
He’s in need of further training as he can get “over-excited” and forget his manners.
A spokesperson for RSPCA said:
“He has the most amazing smile and can make you smile no matter what kind of day you are having.
“Buster will make an ideal addition to a family who are interested in training and helping him learn new things.
“He’s sociable with other dogs but soon loses interest and is happy to do his own thing.”
They added:
“Buster will make the family lucky enough to adopt him a really wonderful friend.
“He will need to be the only dog in an adult only home.”
