A Harrogate-based CBD business has been shortlisted for a national customer service award.
HempWell, a Yorkshire seed-to-shelf CBD producer, has announced that its co-founder and CEO Lisa McWilliams has been shortlisted for a Customer Service Excellence Award at the Dynamic Awards 2026.
It’s the second year in a row that both Lisa and the business have received the recognition.
The awards highlight organisations and individuals delivering high standards of customer experience.
Lisa said:
"Being recognised in this way, for the second year running, means a great deal.
“Our team works incredibly hard to ensure every customer feels heard and supported, and this acknowledgement is truly a reflection of their dedication."
Founded in 2017, HempWell began at the University of York’s Innovation Centre and has since grown into a multi-location business, with stores in York, Brighton and Harrogate.
The company says it now serves more than 70,000 customers across the UK.
The business offers in-store consultations, webchat and subscription services. Staff are trained in product knowledge, research and communication as part of that approach.
The Dynamic Awards 2026 ceremony will be hosted by Platinum Media Group.
