A Harrogate business has donated nearly 70 Easter eggs to children in need at a local primary school.
Staff at Howden Harrogate took part in a seasonal initiative organised by Yorkshire Children’s Charity, delivering the treats to Willow Tree Primary.
The donation forms part of a wider campaign to support children across Yorkshire who may otherwise go without an Easter gift, including those facing poverty, hardship or complex needs.

Grace Brooke, Commercial broker at Howden Harrogate, said:
“We wanted to do something simple but powerful: deliver Easter eggs to primary schools across Yorkshire so that children who may otherwise go without – whether due to poverty, hardship or complex needs – still get to enjoy a small treat this Easter.
“For many families, even something as simple as an Easter egg isn’t always possible, and no child should miss out because of their circumstances.
“A huge thank you to everyone involved, and to Yorkshire Children’s Charity for the incredible work they do every single day.
“We’re proud to play a small part in supporting such a meaningful cause.”
Yorkshire Children’s Charity supports young people across the region by providing essential items, funding specialist equipment and improving school environments.
The organisation also works to create inclusive experiences aimed at helping children feel supported and valued.
