The award winning Floral Summer of Celebration returns to Harrogate in just a weeks time!
The popular floral trail will return to Harrogate from Friday, July 18th.
It will feature a series of excellent exhibits celebrating the ‘jewel in Yorkshire’s crown’ set to be in place for a minimum of three weeks.
One display is designed to celebrate Harrogate Theatre’s 125th anniversary.
Bethany Allen, Operations and Projects Executive at Harrogate BID, said:
“With just one week to go until our popular floral celebration returns, we can’t wait to bring it back for our town!
“We’ve got a variety of delightful displays set to appear across our town centre over the coming days…
“The Floral Summer of Celebration always receives a great response from local businesses, residents and visitors – and we’re hoping for the same this time around.”
Some of the locations that the floral installations can be found include:
- The Yorkshire Hotel
- The Cenotaph
- Cross James Street
- Beulah Street
- Harrogate Theatre
- Montpellier Hill
- West Park Church
- Library Gardens
- Outside the Nicholls Tyreman site on Albert Street
The full launch of the Harrogate Floral Summer of Celebration will take place on July 18th, when all of the displays have been created, put in place and ready for show.
The Business Improvement District (BID) team organise the celebration every year to add to the North Yorkshire town’s already renowned floral heritage.
