A fire-damaged pub in Knaresborough has been listed for sale at £100,000.
The Cricketers in Calcutt is being marketed by WTS Property Consultants following a devastating fire in April.
Shortly after the incident, a woman was arrested on suspicion of arson.
Owners of the three-story detached building are welcoming offers over £100,000, however are not allowing internal viewings due to fire damage.
The listing reads:
