Ripon Theatre Festival is set to return this summer featuring an array of theatrical entertainment.
Running from 2nd until 7th July, Ripon will once again hold it's Theatre Festival with six days of drama, street theatre, circus, dance, puppetry, storytelling and more.
There's set to be events and activities for all ages, both indoors and open-air.
Held at various locations around the city, the festival will include a Julie Andrews tribute held at the Holy Trinity Church and the Ripon Heritage Ghost Walk starting at the Market Place.
All of the venues are wheelchair accessible.
A spokesperson for the event said:
"Ripon will come alive again with a huge and colourful array of street entertainment, open-air theatre, family shows, storytelling, dance and comedy.
"All ticketed events are now on sale with new acts, new venues and lots of surprises.
"From twilight story-telling in a cosy bar and family theatre in a tent to Shakespeare and poetry in the grandest surroundings, you will be spoilt for choice!"

Dates and times
Ripon Theatre Festival is running from 2nd until 7th July 2024.
For those who can't wait, the festival is holding an Early Bird event on the 26th May at Fountains Abbey where the 'Wood Owl and the Box of Wonders' show is being held.
For all events, doors open at least 15 minutes before the start time. The earliest events start at 9:30am and the latest start time is 8pm.
Food and Drink
Festival-goers have no issue when it comes to food and drink.

Tickets
At ticketed events, all visitors require a ticket other than infants under 2-years-old. Tickets must be available on your phone or as a printed ticket.
