Star of BBC's Antiques Roadshow and Bargain Hunt Eric Knowles is set to host a charity event in Harrogate next week.
‘An Evening with Eric Knowles’ will be held at Ashville College on Friday 11th April, from 7pm.
It’s been organised by The Friends of Harrogate Hospital to fundraise for new equipment at Harrogate Hospital.
Eric Knowles is the popular ceramics and antiques expert on BBC’s Antiques Roadshow, BBC’s Bargain Hunt and other TV programmes.
He will talk about his life and his work, from working in Bonhams in their Ceramics department to being a guest lecturer at the Victoria & Albert Museum, the British Museum and more.

Eric is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a worldwide Ambassador for the Prince’s Trust and is described as an “eloquent and entertaining speaker.”
The Friends of Harrogate Hospital said they are “delighted” to welcome him as their guest.
Tickets are charged at £20 each and can be found online here.
