Sleeping Fox Sculpture in Clay

Whether you're completely new to ceramics or already have some experience, this workshop is designed to be relaxed, engaging, and accessible to all. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process, covering the key skills and techniques needed to transform a simple lump of clay into substantial and charming fox sculpture full of character and personality.

Working at a comfortable pace, you'll learn how to shape forms, add details, and capture the gentle, curled-up nature of a sleeping fox. With clear guidance and plenty of encouragement throughout, you'll be surprised at how quickly your sculpture begins to take shape.

All clay, materials, and specialist tools are provided, so you can fully immerse yourself in the creative process. Along the way, you'll gain valuable ceramic sculpting skills that can be applied to future projects and animal sculptures.

By the end of the session, you'll have made your very own sleeping fox sculpture, with a sense of achievement and pride in what you've created.

Your sleeping fox will be dried, glazed and fired and be ready for collection within 4 weeks.
