Kota Sessions: Paint & Presence

Join us for Paint & Presence, a relaxing 3-hour experience in Kota at Cedar Court Harrogate, designed to help you slow down, reconnect and express yourself through art.

No painting experience is needed. The session includes a welcome smoothie, guided meditation, all painting materials and a mindful painting workshop in the beautiful setting of Kota, formerly known as the Tipi.

After painting, unwind with a restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and soothing sounds. Please bring pillows, blankets or anything else you need to feel comfortable.

The experience will finish with a gentle gallery walk and reflection, celebrating each person’s unique creation.
