By accepting this scholarship:

• You agree that your image, name, and performance clips may be used for promotional, advertising, and social media purposes.

• You understand the scholarship is non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be used according to the training schedule.

Commitment & Conditions:

• Training sessions are held weekly during term time (2 hours per week).

• The winner must actively participate and demonstrate commitment and professionalism throughout the program.

• To celebrate your journey, the winner will be featured on social media and in promotional materials.

3. Winners of all competitions must sign a release form acknowledging that they have read and understood the contest rules and that they are eligible under the contest rules to receive the prize.
4. The phone call made to our winner - chosen at random - may be broadcasted on the radio.
5. Employees of Your Media Group, The Magnetiz Group, all organisations providing prizes, their participating sponsors, their agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.
6. Your Harrogate reserves the right to disqualify any contestant if competition rules are not followed, the contestant is found ineligible, or the contestant has engaged in fraudulent behaviour.
7. Only the prize on offer is available, Your Media will not offer any cash alternatives.
8. Your Harrogate competitions will usually have a closing date after which a winner will be announced.
9. All contestants acknowledge as a condition of entry that Your Media, all organisations providing the prize, and their participating sponsors have the right to publicise and broadcast his/her name online and on social media platforms.
10. In the event of any dispute, the Content Director’s decision is final.
11. All prizes are non-transferable for other prizes or to other persons, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
12. One entry per person will be allowed unless otherwise stated.
13. Information collected by Your Media in connection with entering or participating in any contest may be shared with sponsors of a particular contest in accordance with our privacy policy.
14. Winners must be over the age of 18.
15. Winners may be notified by phone and the call may be aired on the radio.
