Terms & Conditions

1. No purchase necessary.
2. One prize per person/household.
3. Winners of all competitions must sign a release form acknowledging that they have read and understood the contest rules and that they are eligible under the contest rules to receive the prize.
4. Employees of Your Media Group, all organisations providing prizes, their participating sponsors, their agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.
5. Your Media Group reserves the right to disqualify any contestant if competition rules are not followed, the contestant is found ineligible, or the contestant has engaged in fraudulent behaviour.
6. Only the prize on offer is available, Your Media Group will not offer any cash alternatives.
7. Your Media Group competitions will usually have a closing date after which a winner will be announced.
8. All contestants acknowledge as a condition of entry that Your Media Group, all organisations providing the prize, and their participating sponsors have the right to publicise and broadcast his/her name online and on social media platforms.
9. In the event of any dispute, the Content Director’s decision is final.
10. All prizes are non-transferable for other prizes or to other persons, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
11. Competitions are open to everyone who is at least 18 years of age.
12. One entry per person will be allowed unless otherwise stated.
13. Information collected by Your Media Group in connection with entering or participating in any contest may be shared with sponsors of a particular contest in accordance with our privacy policy.
14. Winners must be over the age of 18 and not have won a competition with Your Skipton, Your Harrogate or Your Ilkley in the last 6 months.
15. Winners will be contacted by phone. They will then have 12 hours respond to claim their prize, before we will select an alternative winner.
16. Entries close at 12pm on Friday 15th May 2026.
