A Harrogate estate agent has achieved a professional qualification recognising his knowledge and commitment to the industry.
Colin Bonham, a member of the team at Myrings, has gained his AssocRICS qualification.
The agency says his achievement adds further expertise to its team, allowing it to provide formal RICS Red Book valuations, including for probate and inheritance tax purposes.
