Pop-up Christmas taproom heading to Wetherby

A Huddersfield brewery that was moved to Wetherby during the pandemic is launching its second pop-up taproom this weekend.

A Huddersfield brewery that was moved to Wetherby during the pandemic is launching its second pop-up taproom this weekend. Bosun's Brewery will be hosting a Christmas taproom on Saturday 11th December from 12pm at its new site on the Sandbeck Estate in Wetherby. Maintaining their existing staff and with an aim to grow the brewery, they want to open craft beer up to both families and pubs in the local area. Co-owner of Bosun's James Tosh said:

"We can’t wait to open up the brewery itself to the local community and to see new faces and old come along to celebrate the brewery and its long-term impact on the local community. "Our aim is to provide craft beer onsite in Wetherby and a community hub for events and celebrations across the region. "Involving other local food and entertainment is just the icing on the cake – we hope to see you on Saturday!"

Existing beers will be available alongside a number of festive beers, as well as a couple of 'Garry The Brewer' pilot brews to test out new ideas for future releases.

They will also be offering a craft lager, wine, prosecco and gin.

Yorkshire Dough Box will be onsite providing freshly-cooked Neapolitan inspired pizzas, with Steph Baker Music providing the entertainment and music for the day.
