Knaresborough fish and chip shop Fish-A-Rama has been listed for sale with an asking price of £120,000.
Marketed by business transfer agents Ernest Wilson, the well-known takeaway includes a two-bedroom flat above the premises and is described as an “outstanding hot food takeaway and flat in Knaresborough.”
Primarily known for its traditional fish and chips, the business also serves pizza, kebabs and burgers.
The listing states that the current owners have invested heavily in top-of-the-range equipment, including a Henry Nuttall three-pan high-efficiency fry range.
It also notes that the business is being sold as the owners are relocating abroad.

According to the agent, Fish-A-Rama records a weekly turnover of between £7,000 and £8,000.
There is no requirement to retain existing staff.
Ernest Wilson describes the premises as a ‘prominent, detached modern building with strong roadside visibility.’
The upstairs apartment, currently vacant, could be used by the owner or rented out for additional income.
The agent also highlights significant potential for growth, particularly through online ordering and delivery platforms, which have not yet been fully utilised by the current owners.
