Luxury Harrogate hotel Rudding Park has installed two new ice baths at its award-winning spa.
Rudding Park has introduced two ice baths at its Roof Top Spa, designed in partnership with Brass Monkey.
The aim is to aid exercise recovery and improve circulation.
A spokesperson for Rudding Park said:
“The cold sensation reduces muscle soreness, improves circulation and boosts mental health.
“The baths also form part of our hot and cold contrast therapy experience for spa guests.”
Among the first to give the new baths a go were Managing Directors Nick and Matthew Mackaness.
