Frazer Theatre in Knaresborough is set to host an exclusive early screening of new Christmas film Tinsel Town, which was partly filmed in the town earlier this year.
The special event will take place on Tuesday 2nd December, three days before the movie becomes available on Sky Cinema.
Thanks to the efforts of a local resident, the theatre has been granted permission by Sky to show the film ahead of its official release.
The film will star Kiefer Sutherland as Bradley Mack and Rebel Wilson as choreographer Jill, as well as Jason Manford and Danny Dyer.
Filming took place around Castlegate, Riverside and Green Dragon Yard earlier this year, as well as in Wetherby.

The free event offers local residents the chance to see the festive film on the big screen, with tickets available from 10am on Thursday 27th November through the Frazer Theatre website.
Each booking is limited to six tickets.
Audience members are encouraged to join in the festive spirit by dressing up for the occasion under the theme “Get Your Tinsel On”.
Doors will open at 7pm, with the film starting at 7.30pm.
Mulled wine and mince pies will be available to purchase at the bar, alongside the theatre’s usual selection of drinks.
