Roadworks are set to start on Kings Road in Harrogate next month, causing four weeks of disruption.
Resurfacing works are set to start on Monday 2nd June, with a full road closure in place from 7pm until 12am each day.
The work, which are being carried out by North Yorkshire Council, are part of an “extensive programme” and are due to end on 25th June.
Whilst works are in progress, a fully signed diversion will be in place.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout.
A council spokesperson said:
“We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for any disruption that these works may cause and would again request your cooperation to help ensure an efficiently and safely executed project.”
