Your Harrogate has been behind the scenes at Emmerdale catching up with one of the newest cast members Shebz Miah who plays new character Kammy Hadiq who is set to shake things up in the village.
Viewers were introduced to Dales’ newest bad boy, Kammy back in March, after making a notable entrance by stealing a quad bike from Moira’s farm, leading to the finger being pointed at Ross (Michael Parr).
With his arrival, Kammy will introduce an element of danger, romance, excitement and above all else, his inherent charm.
Speaking about his exciting new role when he joined, Shebz Miah, said:
“I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better job - the character is such an exciting one to play and Kammy will definitely ruffle a few feathers, but he does have the gift of the gab so although he causes a lot of mischief, I think it will be hard not to like him!”
Less than two months after his first appearance, he was nominated for Best Newcomer at the 2025 British Soap Awards this week.
