Rudding Park will be hosting a recruitment evening 'with a difference' next week.

The luxury hotel in Harrogate are looking for both full time and part time staff, and they're holding their own take on a recruitment evening to attract potential employees.

The event, set to take place from 6pm-8pm on Thursday 11th November, will feature a cocktail masterclass, games and challenges to determine the compatibility of interviewees.

A spokesperson said:

"Think of it as a social, with drinks and nibbles to get the conversation flowing.

"Banishing the small talk and spicing it up with fun games to check our compatibility!"

Rudding Park are looking to recruit in a variety of areas across the hotel, from sales and marketing to food and beverage.

And they believe their own relaxed take on a recruitment evening will allow people to be their true selves.

The spokesperson added:

"There’s no need to bring anything with you and no expectations of dress code, just wear what you feel comfortable in.

"We hire based on personality and believe that skills are taught so all we ask is that you are authentically, YOU!"
