Brand new Gateways Festival in Skipton announces lineup for 2021

Gateways Festival, a brand new live music and outdoor cinema event coming to Skipton in August, has announced their second wave of artists.

Gateways Festival, a brand new live music and outdoor cinema event coming to Skipton in August, has announced their second wave of artists. The event will be taking place at Aireville Park in Skipton between 6th-8th August and had already announced that Razorlight and Feeder would be headlining. And the second wave of artists has been revealed with acts including Andrew Cushin, Bull, King No-One & the legendary band, Buzzcocks set to perform. Punk rock band Buzzcocks, who formed in 1976 in Bolton, are regarded as a seminal influence on the Manchester music scene, paving the way for the remarkable success of the likes of The Smiths, The Fall and New Order. The choice of movies to be showcased at the Gateways outdoor cinema on Friday 6th August 2021 is yet to be confirmed. The decision has been left in the hands of the Gateways Festival followers, who have the opportunity to vote via a Facebook poll. The Gateways Festival is aiming to mix incredible artists, brilliant family movies, a funfair, delicious street food, bars, stalls and more for an unforgettable weekend.
