Andy's Man Club to start sessions in Harrogate this month A charity that aims to prevent male suicide is set to start sessions in Harrogate later this month. Andy’s Man Club hosts free peer-to-peer sessions across the North of England, including Keighley, Tadcaster and Leeds. And Harrogate has been selected as a new location for the club, launching at Harrogate College on Monday 22nd January. The session will run from 7pm and is aimed at men aged 18 and over. The new club is being supported by actor Dominic Brunt, known for playing Paddy Kirk in Emmerdale. Speaking in a video on social media, he said:
"I'm overjoyed to let you know that there's a new Andy’s Man Club opening in Harrogate at Harrogate College on 22nd January. "So see you there. It's OK to talk."Andy’s Man Club was first launched in 2016. It was founded by Luke Ambler and his mother-in-law Elaine after his brother-in-law Andy, took his own life. A spokesperson for Andy’s Man Club said:
