Samuel West lends his voice to a remarkable concert featuring two world premieres and a rare performance of Peter Warlock’s The Curlew — this concert promises a richly evocative evening for anyone drawn to music, poetry, and curlew conservation.
The Curlew is critically endangered, and important conservation work is under way in Nidderdale, North Yorkshire. A fundraising concert will be held in Hampsthwaite on 5th July to support these efforts.
