Pause & Play - Mum & Toddler Event

As busy mums to two year olds, we know the struggle of trying to find something that's good for both us and our little ones. Exercise classes rarely welcome toddlers, and if we're honest... we've all done our fair share of soft play!

That's exactly why we created Pause & Play.

A relaxed morning for mums and children aged 0-4, where you can unwind and enjoy a full workout, while your little one plays safely in the same space.

A chance to take a moment for yourself, connect with other mums, and enjoy some balance in the beautiful chaos of motherhood.

Hosted at Weetons on Leeds Road, a stunning and much-loved local space, the session includes smoothies, coffees and pastries at no additional cost.
