Terms & Conditions

1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2. One winner will receive an Astra Platinum Universe 46-piece fireworks selection box worth £224.99, plus five boxes of sparklers worth £2.99 each. Total prize value: £239.94.
3. Valid photographic ID confirming the winner is aged 18 or over must be presented on collection. The prize will not be released without satisfactory proof of age.
4. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
5. The winner is responsible for following all manufacturer instructions, including storage requirements and minimum safety distances, and complying with applicable fireworks laws.
6. Your Media Group accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury caused solely by misuse of the prize or failure to follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions.
7. No purchase necessary.
8. One prize per person/household.
9. Winners of all competitions must sign a release form acknowledging that they have read and understood the contest rules and that they are eligible under the contest rules to receive the prize.
10. Employees of Your Harrogate, Your Media Group, all organisations providing prizes, their participating sponsors, their agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.
11. Your Harrogate reserves the right to disqualify any contestant if competition rules are not followed, the contestant is found ineligible, or the contestant has engaged in fraudulent behaviour.
12. Only the prize on offer is available, Your Harrogate will not offer any cash alternatives.
13. Your Harrogate competitions will usually have a closing date after which a winner will be announced.
14. All contestants acknowledge as a condition of entry that Your Harrogate, all organisations providing the prize, and their participating sponsors have the right to publicise and broadcast his/her name online and on social media platforms.
15. In the event of any dispute, the Content Director’s decision is final.
16. All prizes are non-transferable for other prizes or to other persons, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
17. Competitions are open to everyone who is at least 18 years of age and who live within 15 miles of Harrogate.
18. One entry per person will be allowed unless otherwise stated.
19. Information collected by Your Harrogate in connection with entering or participating in any contest may be shared with sponsors of a particular contest in accordance with our privacy policy.
20. Winners must be over the age of 18.
