A new wellness experience designed to help guests 'truly switch off' will soon be available at Yorkshire Spa Retreat as it introduces its immersive, three-night luxury wellness retreats.
Positioned as a “luxury-with-intention” countryside reset, the retreats offer a guided antidote to burnout, digital overload and the pressures of modern life.
Set on the edge of the North York Moors, the experience combines high-end lodge accommodation with a carefully curated programme of wellbeing activities - removing the need for guests to plan, research or make decisions.
Designed for time-poor professionals, wellness-curious travellers and those seeking meaningful rest, the retreats provide a structured yet effortless approach to wellbeing.

Each stay includes a fully planned itinerary of yoga, Pilates, meditation and fitness sessions, alongside spa access, treatments and time to reconnect with nature.
At the heart of the retreat is its award-winning spa, featuring a wild swim pond, hydrotherapy pool, Himalayan salt sauna and relaxation spaces, all designed to support deep rest and recovery.
Guests stay in private luxury lodges, complete with outdoor hot tubs and views across the surrounding countryside, creating a calm and secluded environment to fully unwind.
Nutrition also plays a central role, with all meals included and thoughtfully prepared using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
From energising breakfasts to nourishing lunches and evening dining in the Dome restaurant, every element is designed to support both physical and mental wellbeing.

The experience is intentionally balanced - combining movement, mindfulness, nutrition and rest - without the intensity often associated with traditional wellness programmes.
Guests can follow the curated schedule or take time at their own pace, whether that’s joining a guided walk across the North York Moors or simply relaxing in their lodge.
Each retreat includes a 60-minute spa treatment using natural British skincare brand Tribe517, alongside access to expert-led sessions and small-group experiences that encourage connection, both with others and with oneself.
Fenella Ratcliffe-Hobson, Director at Yorkshire Spa Retreat, said:
“Wellness retreats have become increasingly popular, but often that means travelling abroad to experience them. We wanted to create something just as special here in the UK - offering people the chance to reset and recharge without the time, cost or stress of long-haul travel.
“North Yorkshire provides the perfect setting for that. We’re surrounded by incredible natural beauty, and these retreats are designed to help guests slow down, reconnect with that environment and with themselves - all within a carefully structured, supportive experience.”
The first three-night retreat begins on Monday 4th May 2026. With prices starting from £795 per person for a three-night stay, the retreats are positioned as premium yet accessible, offering a compelling UK-based alternative to international wellness travel, without the need for complex planning.
Yorkshire Spa Retreat is more than just a place to stay - it is a destination dedicated to wellbeing, where thoughtful design, luxury accommodation and the surrounding natural landscape come together to create a truly restorative experience.

Recognised as Best Boutique Spa by the Good Spa Guide in both 2024 and 2025, the retreat continues to set the standard for immersive, high-quality wellness experiences in the UK, helping guests to unwind, recharge and return home feeling renewed.
As demand grows for experiences that prioritise preventative wellbeing and intentional rest, Yorkshire Spa Retreat’s new offering establishes itself as a flagship wellness concept within the UK retreat landscape - combining luxury, nature and purpose in one carefully designed escape.
