In this episode of the Your Harrogate podcast, Pete Egerton chats to Harrogate Town manager Simon Weaver and alongside Nick Hancock, looks back at the charity golf day, thanks to the Fat Badger. Town face Doncaster Rovers this weekend in a league two Yorkshire derby. If Harrogate scoop all three points, they'll have done the league double this season over their South Yorkshire rivals. Simon Weaver believes they have what it takes to avoid relegation, following a battling second half display against league two leaders, Leyton Orient. Your Harrogate, along with the Fat Badger, hosted a charity golf day at Oakdale Golf Club in aid of Horticap and Henshaws. Horticap provide adults with learning and other disabilities, training in horticulture, allied crafts and rural skills. Henshaws support people with sight loss and a range of other disabilities to go beyond expectations. 21 teams of 4 took part, including ex-footballers Paul Robinson, Gary McAllister and Danny Mills.
