In this episode, presenter Pete Egerton catches up with Knaresborough's Jacqui Hargrave - "open water woman" after her appearance at the International Ice Swimming Association World Championship.
The event took place in the French Alps from 12th until 15th January and Jacqui, with the help of her Yorkshire mates in Team GB, introduced many swimmers to the delights of Bettys!
Jacqui explains how she thinks she dodged a bullet when it came to the water temperature and also details the struggles of getting into the swimwear.
The results are yet to be fully declared, but Team GB are looking likely to be second when it comes to the number of medals secured, plus, what next for Jacqui...
