Amanda Owen, AKA The Yorkshire Shepherdess, is set to be the guest judge for the return of the Harrogate Dog Show.
Yorkshire Shepherdess announced as guest judge for Harrogate Dog Show The celebrity guest judge for this year's Harrogate Dog Show has been revealed as Yorkshire Shepherdess Amanda Owen. The event, organised by Harrogate BID, will return to Victoria Shopping Centre on Saturday 13th April. It's the third year for the dog show, which was attended by hundreds last year in Harrogate town centre. Harrogate BID Manager, Matthew Chapman, said:
“From humble beginnings at the 2021 Jubilee celebrations on the Stray, to the Harrogate Dog Show now being in its third year and attracting a nationally renowned star judge like Amanda, we couldn’t be prouder and more excited to deliver this for our BID members again.”The mini dog park will be back alongside, all new for 2024, dog training workshops with Scott Adair from Training Canines. Scott will run mini-workshops with the public and their dogs. [caption id="attachment_104313" align="aligncenter" width="1024"] Last year's Harrogate Dog Show.[/caption] Categories for the show will include Fanciest Female, Handsomest Dog, Best Crossbreed/Heinz 57, Cutest Puppy, Dog the Judge Would Most Like to Take Home, Best Trick and 'Best in Show.' The event is free to enter, with registration taking place on the day.
